Refund policy
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.Ā Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Where to send returns: Please email us atĀ tinytrinketshoppe@gmail.comĀ to request a return authorization. Once approved, items can be mailed to our return address provided. (Do NOT ship returns without approval ā unauthorized returns will not be processed.)
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3ā5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have entered processing or shipped.Ā Once an order is moving through the carrier network, it cannot be intercepted or rerouted.
